Shipping Policy

All orders made through the site qualify for free shipping throughout the U.S. via USPS or UPS; no minimum purchase required. International shipments – please read below.

Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days.  This does not include holidays, weekends or times of high volume.  Shipping time does not include processing time, holidays, weekends or any delays that the courier may experience.

Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Parcels

Please be sure to double check your address when submitting your order as we ship to the exact address that is provided. If your parcel is returned to us due to incorrect delivery information you will be required to pay a reshipment fee to have your parcel delivered a second time. We are sorry but addresses are unable to be changed once your payment has been made.

Order Tracking

All orders are trackable via the USPS tracking page. Simply enter the tracking number received in your shipping confirmation email. For international orders, once your parcel leaves the U.S.A and lands in the destination country, it is then trackable with your national postage provider.

Parcel Damage

Please contact us within 5 business days if your parcel arrives damaged, so we can get in contact with our courier and delivery agents. Please photograph and keep all of the packaging, as the courier company will request to see evidence of damaged goods. Our friendly customer service team will assist you through this process.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. To see what it will cost to ship your International Order, simply add items to your cart and select your country at checkout. Please note that the shipping costs calculated online reflect pricing through the United States Postal Service for First-Class Shipping or Priority Shipping (for orders over 4 pounds). We do use a different carrier in some cases, and it is often more affordable to ship your order. In cases where the shipping cost is less than what you were charged, we will happily refund you the difference. 

Important to understand: All import duties, taxes, and any other shipping fees are not the Oasis Cosmetics responsibility. Sometimes the taxes are included in the shipping charges and other times your country’s customs office will hold your shipment for fees. Any import fees are not the Oasis Cosmetics responsibility.
